Very Good App..Has excellent and exhaustive collection of books ..Have been using it from more than 4 years and never faced an issue. Very easy to use interface and the order is delivered within a week of booking The online tracking also is very useful..The condition of books are also good and even used books seems like new..Must have ordered more than 300 books till now and satisfied each and every time..Also the cute handwritten notes give a personal touch...Rating them Seven Stars*******!!..

The system is very slow. If you have had placed the order in the given format, the team make some or the other error while fulfilling it. Sometimes they send wrong books(completely different from the reference picture), condition of book is wrenching, blunder in payment gateways (if you have a prepaid order, they will print the label of COD) creating hassle for customers, and many more. High time, they need to improve their service and up their game!

Poor experience! I ordered for the very first time and the estimated delivery for 8 days away.. upon tracking on the date of delivery it showed the order got delayed by a fortnight. I tried cancelling the order but the refund amount was coming up to only 50% of wat I actually paid for it. Also, the customer support is not got at all, have been trying to connect since days but now one takes the call after it getting routed to an executive.

Personally I loved the app, got 3 books for about 35% of the actual price of just one book, totally good deal, they are 7/10 ,8/10 and 9/10 (cover corners are a bit won't off) But if you are searching for this app then you should remind yourself the book you want is a used one so don't expect too much, if it's said "good" condition then it's smth between 7 and 9 out of 10 (10- new book), also there's a chance you might get the book in new condition as well, have a good read people

I have a very bad experience with there service, there courier partner is not so responsive, pls don't order anything from this app.. totally fraud you will never get the product. In fact the support team is making us fool. It will show you that your product has been dispatched but In reality the order was not place.. there are many problems with there app too. Students should be stay away from this app totally waste of time and money if possible use Amazon or Flipkart or any trustable website

This app is a disaster. My order has been delayed for 10 days, and every time I ask for an update, they give me the same lazy excuse—'8-9 days more'—instead of the usual 2-3 days. Now they're offering to 'cancel' it as if that’s supposed to be a solution. Complete incompetence. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I had purchased 6 books from Bookchor on Aug 30, 2024. This was my second purchase in the last 2 months. The books were almost new. Extremely satisfied with the quality. This is a great platform for book lovers. My only suggestion is a book mark can be provided with every book. Please keep up the good work. I will definitely recommend this to all.
