Update (1 October 2024): The app crashes on the login page. I deleted and reinstalled it, but the issue persists. I cleared the cache and app data, but the problem remains. Interestingly, the app works fine on iOS devices at the same time. This seems to be a bug affecting Android users. More attention needs to be paid to these kinds of issues.

Flag this app as harmful. Maybe if google removes it, CN will fix it! When it works, it's great. When it doesn't, you're now stuck in the 2 remaining ingate lanes that aren't dedicated to drivers using this app. Right now, 08/15/23, at their Harvey IL location, they have trucks backed up for 2 miles in 2 different directions OUTSIDE OF THE FACILITY!!!!! All because this horrible app isn't working. I and several others are getting the same error "B009-booking owner doesn't match equipment owner"

Half of the time the visit created in app doesn't work at ingate. Have to enter all information again at kiosk. And also I get warning saying that this lane is for app user only. And violation has been added to my account.

App has improved significantly since its initial releases. Login/credential timeout has been improved as well. It should be disabled altogether if the device has biometrics enabled (fingerprint or iris, not facial) or, the app should allow biometrics to log in. Suffice it to say, the app has come a long, long way.

Bad app experience ever had. Problem : #1 problem when open the app have to wait for (+) sign to add a move about 45 seconds until the proceeds for add trip. #2 rv is okay once added container but when enter at terminal booth,assist said you have invalid rv and have to instructions follow for add again on screen to put weight and seal seconds time 3# app is very slowly works I'm requesting please bring back a model pass version or similar option to put in CN EXPRESS APP. Thank you

Considering so many people use it daily, this is one of the least user friendly apps ever. It doesn't allow ame to add new transaction because I left the last one in the middle before closing the app and now I can't delete that nor can I add a new one.

Update 2.8.2 prevents app access I attempted to force stop, clear cache memory, restart my device, and reinstall the app. Nothing has worked, unfortunately. Up until then, the app worked perfectly fine. Maybe your developers are going on strike, too 🤔
