Very quick and easy to use. My first phone with NFC didn't work so used another phone and it worked straight away.

Terrible experience . App is rubbish. Took photos at different lighting , angles , eventually the app accepted the photo . Then the nfc connected to my e-passport , scanned and endlessly waited . Nothing happened, had to restart , and again , over and over . Couldn't submit. Now I see why there are so many 1 star reviews !

Sensitive to all light conditions, gives green ticks and then says your ID image isn't right, or even better accepts your ID image and your video and then says that your application can be processed. No reason, just not gonna do it. Put aside a few hours to use this app just in case you have the same experience as me. NFC completely non-functional.

After reading everyone's reviews and trying the app for myself, I can confirm the app is faulty, to put it lightly. After several attempts through the full experience, scanning my passport only works in a well lit room and scanning for the nfc chip was very hit and miss. The face recognition worked when taking photos but the recording couldn't be sent as the next message says "You have not scanned your passport". This app needs to be either fixed or scrapped.

Just gets stuck in a loop of taking photo of the passport, says it has checked it and allows you to submit but the goes back to the camera mode despite saying previously to put your phone on the passport to read the chip. I tried the help option explaining I have biometric passport, my phone model etc and just got a generic reply saying amongst other thing check my phone model. I had literally just told them it. Very frustrating.

Wouldn't scan my passport and kept saying photo was "blurry" and "bottom two lines not visible" when they were clearly readable in the photo. Tried to use the selfie option as the NFC scan wouldn't work and it just kicked me out and said it couldn't complete the check. Impossible to use.

I found this impossible. The app had me in a continuous loop until it threw me out. Scanned my passport photo page no problem but I couldn't work out how to scan my passport cover. If that is indeed what I had to do. Tried several times. I have a biometric passport so it should be easy right? No. I do online banking etc. Now I have to contact my degree level boyfriend for help. If I don't I can't register with a job agency and no agency no job...Good work app thanks...not.

Horrible app. Will not accept any picture of passport, NFC scan does not work, so this is now going to affect me getting a new role. I will be contacting the recruiter that i am through to let them know that this app is the reason that I no longer can accept the job. Thanks Amiqus
