For the past several months now checking the box for 'Cold Meat and Cheese' for your order in the app does not show in the stores system, so they have no way of knowing you requested it and no one seems to be able to fix it. The old version of the app had a text box to type whatever instructions we wanted and was way better, so were the rewards. I hate ordering in person and it takes too long to get the food so I just keep coming less and less, heated meat and cheese makes the sandwhich soggy.

The app is good but needs improvement. When you go to pick or make a sub on the app, you aren't allowed to choose what cheese you want without spending $.90 extra. Which is ridiculous because you should be able to get any cheese you want if the food already has cheese included. Otherwise, the app is great.

The app works fine but slow sometimes, prices aren't bad either. I'd probably come more often if they had a wider selection on sauces and produce, and one thing I'm really hating is how you barely get any points now. Seemed like I used to be able to get points easily and able to redeem free food, but I barely can make 1k points on an order, this system should be updated! Apart from that and my frustrates, I do enjoy coming here but not as often anymore.

The app is incredibly easy to use. It's very convenient to place your order ahead so when you get there your sandwiches are ready to go. I been here several times and I can honestly say these sandwiches beat out any other sandwich places down. My personal favorite which is off menu was the parmesan chicken meatball sub. My wife loves the hook-and-ladder.

Mostly the app works well, but it's is frustrating to order with and the advertised special deals are a super short window to order. You get excited placi g the order but then it errors saying it is over already - no warning. The rewards have become very expensive in points so they are far less frequent. We used to order dinner often, but not so much since the rewards were cut severely.

Update: I originally had issues trying to sign up for the app. Giving a one star. I am adjusting my review since after deleting the app I received an email saying my sign up was complete. Ironic as it was lol I re-download and the app appears to be working; except sometimes kicks me off when beginning to make an order...either when picking a store or freezes shortly after. Having to redo my order. 12/30/20: Never worked. Couldn't sign up.

The app has gone through some iterations and upgrades over the last few years, but it has remained effective at its purpose. There is a. menu bug where you can't change it to the combo after selecting, but that was a redo from fixing. Additionally, when building your own sub, an apparent option to heat it or not would be appropriate. Other than that, app is fast, functional, and convenient. Good job, FH devs!

Update: I contacted the developers as their reply instructed. I offered to troubleshoot with my phone and give updates. They were truly wanting to resolve the issue. I'm taking off 1 star because you still need to put in your phone # for rewards. That's why I had gotten the app and it doesn't make a difference for that. OLD Latest update is having trouble with the Google Play Store. Of course, the issue started overnight and caused my phone alert to wake me up several times through the night.
