An amazing app, amazing technology, still needs a little bit of the human eye to make the match perfect. The app, however, has a frustrating UI that needs to be updated. Specifically the popup every time you go to a new screen blocking tab options on the bottom.

Color shows up transparent on photos. It doesn't suggest trim colors or anything. The BM website has better information even if you can't view it in your room. It doesn't have collections like colors of the year, most popular, etc. Mostly just view virtual paint chips and purchase. You can't compare colors, you can't put them side by side. It doesn't suggest colors like if I want a pale blue for my north facing bathroom, which one won't look gray or too blue.

I very much wanted to like this app, because I'm having a hard time finding a good app that allows paint comparisons between multiple objects in a picture. It looked really promising, but sadly this app is constantly crashing to the point where it's unusable, whether I try to select an existing picture, take one, or use one of theirs. Good concepts, hopelessly terrible execution. Moto G4

I wanted to specifically select shoreline so I searched it and selected but it keeps taking me back to voile pink. I could go through all the swatches and search for that color one by one but then that would defeat the purpose of the search bar doesn't it. If you hit the back button, it takes you completely out of the app. Wish the app was just programmed a bit better.

This app is missing the Williamsburg colors and is missing any way to create a portfolio of the paint actually in my house (beyond designating favorites). And, it's missing a color coordinator. I was hoping to input the paint I've chosen and play with suggestions for paint that will contrast with and complement it. It does have a good search feature (if you know name or #) and a nice link to purchase products. Wish I could see purchase history from my local SW store.

Downloaded because I previously colored a photo of my house on the browser app and wanted to access it since I couldn't log in from mobile Chrome. I didn't see an option to log in to the Benjamin Moore account I set up to save the recolored picture and, when I tried to recreate it, the colors I had used (from the Colonial Williamsburg Collection) aren't available, even if you search by name instead of browsing the missing collection. At that point I gave up, so I can't speak to usability issues.

Has so much potential, but falls flat on basic interface items. There is no way to start a search for a color by color family....only Collections. When you add colors to your favorites, they're added to a fixed list, the swatches can't be moved to see if this color matches that one... Does not sync with website or store system. Disappointing to see that the color reader function requires a really expensive device.

Just stopped working correctly. I had a photo and the wand was working correctly and filling in the areas correctly from my photo. Suddenly now when I use the wand the entire photo is filled with one solid color. I uninstalled the app and tried again with same result. Navigation in the app is not intutive. Pressing the back button closes the app, using the apps internal back function is wonky. Nothing really works like it should.
