I enjoy having access to CBS shows when I can't watch them live. I also enjoy having access to my local CBS station through the app. I previously had the Showtime app, but I'm glad I was able to pay slightly more when they merged to include Showtime with my subscription. I have had Paramount+ from near the beginning; however, lately, over the past few months it has stated having issues. It will freeze on the blue screen, and it will not work again until I uninstall and then reinstall.

I like the selection of shows and movies... whenever I'm able to even browse them, let alone watch anything. It's either as soon as I open the app, it either closes itself right away or soon as I click on "shows", it instantly closes. The one time, after it closed, I got a notification on my phone screen that said the app had shut down due to a bug, and update it when developer fixes it. Was gonna pay after free trial but not wasting my money now

Had this app for two years or so, for free, and it was great. Last several months, it freezes on the splash screen of the Paramount mountain and that's it. Uninstalled and re-installed. Freezes. Updated. Freezes. Cleared cache. Freezes. I'm paying for it now, and we've been unable to use this, which I'm not happy about. What's the deal? You've got more aggravating bugs than Australia! How about fixing them? Isn't that what you're taking our money for?

Getting this app to open on a Google TV is almost like playing the lottery. It rarely opens. It's fine on pc, phones and tablets. They tell me to troubleshoot which all you can do is uninstall, reinstall. Nothing helps. Also, why do we have to press play 3 times to resume anything. First, you press resume, then play, the video loads and press play again. I'd like to press play 1 time if possible. Paramount is the only platform I know of that does this and it's very annoying. I might just cancel.

The app freezes or won't run entirely. When it does run, it will then randomly shut down. If you can get it to start again, it oftentimes stops in the exact same spot the next time. The funny thing is, the app is almost always running on my phone, even after I try to force stop it. Please do not bother with a canned response. My app is up to date. I have tried turning it off and on again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. The app just stinks.

Watching from the TV, and it freezes and must be restarted mid program. Not here and there, but every single time I try to watch anything on Paramount directly on my TV. So I decided, okay, I'll cast it from my phone to the TV, and maybe that will fix it. But it goes into an endless loop where it refuses to cast, and on my phone it just says an ad is on progress which it never gets past. I'll drop this app if you can't make it so I can actually watch anything on it.

I paid for Paramount+ for a year no problem then all of the sudden you can't open the app. It will open and force close or just spin. We tried switching to different TVs (All smart TVs), It's the same issue for everyone of them. We haven't been able to watch anything in over a month. I contacted support and they told me to delete and reinstall it which did absolutely nothing. I really like Paramount+'s variety of shows and movies but the constant technical issues caused me to cancel.

Good content, terrible app. I like a lot of their shows, more than any other network. But their app just doesn't work well. It won't show what has already been watched vs what's new. About 50% of the time I have to force stop in the app in order to open it. With my tv (sony and insignia) and my fire sticks. It has been much worse in the last month or so. I'm not sure I'll renew my subscription if they can't get it fixed.
