The jobs are great but the app sucks. I've used other company apps where you can actually re enter a job that was previously closed out and saved if you ever needed to follow up with a customer to update them on new developments with their repair or order. With pulse app you need to communicate to customer through a call/message center while they keep customer contact info and scheduling access internal. What on earth are they so afraid of. But there are too many other problems to list.

8/22. This is still the worst technician app I've ever used in my life they constantly make updates that make it worse not better many times I don't get signal on the outskirts of Las Vegas and many times the app is totally useless in certain areas on top of that they still don't give a discounting option when customers think their prices are too high.

it's good app give skill technicians opportunity to make a name ,the only thing is you have to get insurance after 10 jobs that' between 89 to 130 a month for a basic coverage and I believe it's a weekly pay not sure if they offer cash out daily option

The app is run by some idiots. Not even one job was yet performed by me and they already made a 150$ deduction to my account. I was still figuring out how the app works but they didn't give me at least a chance

they cannot export the exact address from the system to Google maps. only approximately. also, for some reason they lost our insurance data and blocked the account for this reason. in their opinion, with a blocked account, I should go to the already appointed diagnostics for free, since there are no guarantees of payment and this is not in the contract. they were unable to reassign these appointments on their own. they thought it was my problem. but that's your problem, not mine!

Easy to use, updated often. A lot of flexibility with built in functionality. Integrated maps for easy navigation. Automatically sets your calendar. Keeps track of what was done before with easy access to contacts, photos and older records. Definitely recommended.

I just started using this app and it's been performing perfectly. I read a few users complaining about it freezing so I downloaded it on a budget device and it did freeze a little on devices with only 2GB of Ram. If you are using tour phone for work u should at least have 4GB of ram.

Logged in one day said an app update was available. Updated the app since then havent been receiving job notifications. Missing out on alot of work. Somebody needs to fix this asap. Keeps telling me it needs my location but my location is turned on. On both phone and the app
