Needs a clear easy way to turn captions on even after movie starts, and needs to work with Chrome cast. We started a movie on Saturday night and were casting it ok. But we got tired and went to bed. The next day we could not get anything to work--the app, or using the laptop I have watched many Christian Cinema movies on before. We tried 3 different browsers and 2 laptops. My son is a computer coder and couldn't get it to work. CS just said to try everything we already did try. Frustrating!

Wonderful movies if one is able to watch! I have to agree with all the other comments ... not able to access 'my movies' purchased, which is a loss! When purchasing a rental, screen goes blank and still is blank. The only screen I can access is the 'home' screen. Sent a number of emails, not one reply...service is shocking! I'm Uninstalling! Will try another Christian movie app. Funny though that Netflix app works 100% with all their wordly movies .

It's sad to say... but truthfully, as many people whom have tried the app have have made similar comments... it functions very poorly and needs serious work. As it's been over 2 years now (Dec. 2021) since an update was last provided for it. For a "No Subscription Required" service I like Christian Cinema alot, and the wide range of excellent Christian based films that are available.... but the website itself functions way better to access them all.

I purchased a number of films from this group over the last number of years. About 6 months ago, I was not able to access my purchases. I have been in conversation back and forth with customer service. I started conversations with them when I noticed the problem last January. At first they were quite responsive, and said they were working on the issue. I checked in once per month, but then I stopped getting replies. I recently spent $16 on long-distance calls to them and still no solution.

With all the changes I lost all my movies. Had notified them a few months ago about it, they said they had problems. I keep checking to see if they fixed it, But I guess you won't get any of your movies back. 9 months later nothing.

Needs improvements. I love that there is a place to watch movies dedicated to sharing the love of Christ. I tried to watch it using chromecast and it was very choppy. Constantly buffering. It was not my internet. Every other streaming app worked fine. I cant wait to see where you guys will grow to next. Please consider sharing Heavens War with other streaming apps and selling it.

Great Movies; It Keeps Stopping This is one of the worst services that I have experienced in this year. Even logging in from a mobile device doesn't work anymore. Why is this service so poor? I can't fathom it. I may just have to switch to PureFlix, which I think is better. 1-3 years ago, this was a great service. It's a piece of garbage now. It tastesy forever to load if that even happens. Why are Christian products so bad?

Un-cast-able. The screencast is not functional. It shows only a logo. I had to go back to browser to watch it from there. It would be so great to have an app that works though, like Disney+. Hope U fix the issues soon.
