The most frustrating app to use. Near enough impossible to log in or to state change password. Impossible to check the status of claims or reasons why rejected. It is an absolute nightmare. No, I will not email you. Do some very basic testing from a customer's point of view --- *** Look at their reply below, they cannot even follow very simple instructions. Don't worry about helping us, you need to help the app as it is non-functional.

The updated version is not good. Why make changes to the app when it was working so well? 1) The new version doesn't let you take pictures of receipts 2) It's very buggy and slow 3) Content doesn't align with the phone screen. You have to scroll right to read some sentences (and not others). It took me more than 10 minutes to submit a claim (with the old version it would have taken me about 3 minutes).

This is a terrible app. Cigna, why even bother having an app if it doesn't even log you on to the main page, glitches and crashes out? Pointless waste of time. I have other friends who use their insurance company's apps and use it flawlessly. Moreover, it really helps them save time with claims submissions. I thought I'd give Cigna Envoy to do the same but it's an epic fail. I had resort back to the lengthy claim submission process on the website which at least thankfully worked. Disappointing!

It simply doesn't work. This seems not an app but a web app. Search providers - takes 3 min to come up with 0 results, directory - same. Contact us via phone - none exist and email takes forever to ack. A very good example of premium doesnt mean good service. Edit: wish I could give 0 stars or negative. Developer responded with a template asking to email. It's as above and if they are sincere they could have easily taken the feedback from numerous reviews here. Instead, a template reply!!!

The worst app I have encountered, especially for a critical service like accessing medical insurance. The registration itself is not working (Just a web view. Even that couldn't work). Seems like Cigna's tech and develoeprs are stuck in 2008 and decades behind. I'm reconsidering the insurance provider just due to the poor digital infrastructure in place which has caused me difficulties in availing their facilities.

The updated app is horrible. The previous one worked MUCH better. The updated version is so slow, doesn't remember my ID, not intuitive at all and when I upload documents it somehow loses my entire application process. Takes me multiple tries each time to submit. And it's not intuitive either - eg. Confusing "Save" button instead of "Next" button! Why enable the upload documents button you require users to tap on choose file? Why aren't you saving my recent country?

Is something wrong with the app? I cannot open it anymore, it crashes immediately on both Android 11 and Android 10. I reinstalled abd i can login, however it stops responding and the phone is overheating. I tried it on a phone that i never installed the app before same symptoms. The application is not usable! May I suggest rolling back to previous stable version until you fix the new buggy version, this workaround would be better than ignoring tons of people who want to access the app.

Omg update 2021: cannot pass through the option of using biometrics to use the app...there is no button not to do it, it goes to settings and if I press "back", goes back to the message "use biometrics"....what if I don't want to? Update...since middle of 2019 cannot make claims through app, it always says "try again later" on the last step. Could you fix it please? It's been a while... Cannot register because my policy holder contains sign "&" and app doesn't accept it! Did you even test it???
