Used to work fine, now I can't add my payment info even though I've authorized it 3+ times in my banking app. Try to prebook taxis and a taxi doesn't show up for the time you book! Luckily I book with 10-15 extra minutes for my journey, but almost missed an appointment today because it took 15 minutes to assign a driver. And it didn't even start to assign a driver until the time I had booked a taxi. The app is garbage now, might as well use Uber.

Used to be reliable, but gone downhill recently. I pre-booked taxis twice in the last week, only to have a driver assigned then never turn up. The arrival time counts down, gets to one minute and then jumps back to ten minutes! Then when you have to cancel after waiting ages, they charge you a cancellation fee!

Taxi doesn't update on map when it's on its way to you. I have to minimise and the maximize it to refresh the location. Poco F6 hyper os 1 android 14.

I pre-booked. Good price for a holiday. Would be great to have received a notification on the day itself, just to know that the driver was really coming. But all was well in the end.

Driver's location doesn't update unless you continuously switch to and from the app. Last 2 trips I've had drivers upable/refuse to look at my location and have instead driven to a random location nearby, then called me asking where I am? Not impressed at all.

DO NOT GET THIS APP you Will get charged TWICE I'm not a negative person but had to warn others. This is the 2nd time!! Tried to book a cab, app says no taxis available. So later did by phone. Then the app charges me for No Show. I shouldn't have given them a 2nd chance UPDATE the comment underneath 'that doesn't sound right' is the exact same reply to similar complaints to other users. The app is plainly broken (esp if poor signal/any interruptions) PLEASE sort it

Always have a good service from Sky taxis. Don't normally have any issues using the app and can add multiple drop off/collection points for friends. Drivers always very pleasant. I've used them for quite a long time now.

Absolutely dreadful. Drivers constantly driving off in the wrong direction before picking you up which heads to completely fabricated wait times. You can't even cancel on them without being penalised.
