after a full charge, my wife's device has completely died after 2-3 uses. hers also does NOT allow you to designate a specific time to keep it on. her lower spine is broken from l5-s1 and is actually separated about 12mm, also has had comlete calcaneus surgeries inboth feet, so of course how she walks affects her back and vica versa. but the tens/EMS stimulator is the one and ONLY thing she swears by! now I just need to find one affordable & much,much stronger! ems is on 31 as we speak!

Not sure what the other complaints are about but everything about the app works fine. It no longer asks for any data. Specific HZ and pulse are not options for these devices so obviously they aren't avaliable options on the app. The pain level question is the only thing that doesn't make sense, as there is no indication of what this changes about the session.

The app is simplistic & limited. I am unable to access all of the settings and features I paid for. I expected to choose the precise Hz and pulse duration, and instead I get a dated menu asking me my pain level on a range of 1 to 10. This is pointless.. The app should have more options. Besides that, I'm only trying the app because the physical remote that came with it would not connect to the electrodes. I wasted an hour trying to figure out how to use this only to discover it was defective.

Ok so the device itself does exactly what it is supposed to with the little battery powered remote, BUT DO NOT USE THE APP! There is absolutely no need for them to REQUIRE access to photos and location. Location services can help with pairing but still normally isnt required. Just use the remote.

This app immediately asks for location and file access. If you say no the app won't work. Why would a TENS unit need location and file access? I can't think of any reason other than they sell your data. Haven't even tried the device yet. Very disappointed in the app since I bought this to use at work and control with my phone. I think this is a Chinese company that wants access to your data to use the app.

Very simple - too much. Needs More settings More function & More useful information. Also I don't understand why my location is a must.. Or I can't use my DEVICE.. Really you need to know my exact location WHY.. I bought an EMS system DEVICE for my Muscles Not a car NAVIGATION System or GPS *

App used to be great. Then it insisted it needs your location. That's unnecessary for a tens unit. Now the app crashes with every use. Uninstalled today. Stops working altogether in the middle of a session

Extremely invasive. They don't just want access to Bluetooth. They want photos, music, even your GPS location data. Do not use this app. Just keep using the remote.
