A bit inconvenient design. Also is not customizable experience for the users. Big problem is that you can see the notifications you got. Good that you have email to check it, but it makes app useless.

Unable to see conflicting time slots booked by others. Def something you can improve. Previous app was better, it showed which time slots amenities were available for so we can easily decide to book. Here, we have to keep guessing which time slot is conflicting with already booked by others. Not user friendly

It is down loaded, but it does not showing on my phone screen page, any idea? Anyone? A few hours later.... Received the adv from the customer support group and issue now is resolved. The service is amazing, again, it's a five-stars rating🙏🙏👍❤️

My condo implemented this app and has made condo communication a breeze. Being able to book amenities, vote and request maintenance are things I can do often without needing to track down the property manager or board members. The interface and usability is better than other condo apps I have had to use in the past.

Since the latest update, I can't make an amenity booking. When I select an amenity and then click on one of the dates for the next week, I get an error message "an error has occurred, please try again later". Before that, clicking on the notifications for announcements would also give me an error screen, so I had to read the announcements in my email. I have a pixel 4a with Android 12.

The app should have an in built document viewer, but no, everything gets downloaded. Notifications are completely missing. App details in Settings show the notifications are turned off by the app and the setting cannot be toggled. Would be good to be able to reuse existing visitors when creating a parking pass, so that you don't have to list out the vehicle details every time. Quality keeps degrading.

You cannot cancel or edit a parking permit once it is in the system. Which means you can't have two different visitors park in the lot at different times of the day within the same 24hrs. GuardaWorld Security office can't do anything about it. I put the wrong vehicle info in once, and there is NO option to correct. I literally had to be standing next to the car to plead with the guard checking the lot at 1am. Infuriating and ridiculous.

App notifications have been broken in Android 13 on a Pixel 6 for months. I've tried clearing the app cache, uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. The issue is not with my phone notification settings. I have explored all those settings already. It's very frustrating to not know when I have packages or not receive updates about my building.
