I give a two star rating becuase of a few things. Yes, the app is great in refrence to finding loads, it gives you the basic information you need to know if you want it or not. Yes the brokers do reply to the quotes on load but My issue is what happens after you book the load, on my rate con. I do not have my broker information. I cannot update anything in the app because my load that ive booked wont show up, I have to be calling coyote which makes the app pointless to me. Just fix that detail

I cannot clear Tracking push notifications from my drag down menu. Also the app does not allow me to edit previous stops in the tracking history and it auto updates if my vehicle moves showing me on the way to the destination before I even leave. This gives the customer the wrong impression when it says the load is on its way and it's not. Then I can't even manually edit that tracking history to make it accurate. Other minor glitches in the system need to be worked on.

is easy to book and complete loads in the app but most times its slow. when I hit loads to get to the tracking the app freezes. then I have to reset the app and sometimes it works and sometimes I have to do it again. It is easy to use, hopefully these bugs and glitches can get fixed

This app is good to find loads and book but that's pretty much it. I've used other apps like the jb hunt app and this app doesn't give you near as many options as there's does. This app should give you the opportunity to add drivers to your account and have them be tracked through the app itself. Also, it's so hard to invoice or even add BOL info through the app. you're better off just not having the app and using your browser to do everything.

I've been using the app for about a year. IMO this app is one of the best when it comes to being easy to book loads, bid on loads and get paid. Detention is accrued through the app as long as you're on time. I like the app because it gives all the pertinent info on the load very accurately, commodities. pickup and drop locations and most importantly WEIGHTS! Of all the electronic apps I use, I would rate Coyote as the best one out there. Very well designed app.

This is a very well designed app. Graphics and navigation clarity are top class. Functionality is very robust and complete: from basic load boards browsing through load bidding, load tracking and invoicing. Also, it is extremely important for this this app to show all the important details of a load of interests: appointment times, who the shipper/reciever is, load requirements etc. I could not find any bugs in it yet. I could even argue that this is the best "book it now" app there is.

My Wife Is My Goddess

It's obvious the creator of this app was imitating Uber Freight. However, the big difference is, this app feels like the very bugged version of Uber Freight. Uber Freight's app is nearly perfect in it's performance. I came to Coyote in the beginning because the app was similar to Uber Freight. I can't even book loads with the app because it won't let me assign a driver. I still have to call. The only way I'll choose Coyote over Uber Freight is as a last resort. Your losing money due to app.

This app is garbage. Barely even functional most of the time, randomly logs you out, it gets overloaded if you type too fast and crashes, and sometimes it's super slow at processing things.
