I can't add anything to the bag. It'll say successful - added to bag, but there's nothing there. I had to use the browser instead, and it didn't recognize my saved gift card, and when I went to (re)add it, it showed no balance. The $60 gift card that I saved it on the app now shows no balance when I went to save through the browser.

Hate this app. I had the app years ago before Culver's decided to take it away and make everything online. App back then was not perfect, but it was better than this time. When looking at menu or flavor of the day, I hate constantly having to put in my zip code when you already have my favorite location set. Also, when trying out the order feature, flavor of the day wasn't there to pick to go with my meal. I ended up not ordering at all and went somewhere else. Where's the coupons and deals???

Latest update removed quick view of flavors! The app used to offer an easy way, from the main screen, to see the flavor of the day at all of your favorited locations. Doesn't show it anymore, and even navigation on the side menu sorely give all locations. Y'all have made a HUGE mistake (lost business) in getting rid of that! I would frequently make a trip to one of my Culver's specifically because of the flavor of the day.

The app needs a place to add/edit options in different sections. Just for example, in the concrete mixer section, if you want more than two toppings, there's no place to add it/them. And just so that anyone reading this may know, make sure you're there well before ten p m because if not there is no custard. 935pm and it's shut down.

The app use to pop up with the next few days of flavors at my favorite restaurants. Now it is a pain to quickly look up flavors at my restaurants. I use the email and I have to enter a zip code and pick a location. If I use the app, I have to enter ZIP code and pick a location. What is the use of having favorite locations if you can't access the flavors quickly.

There have been some slight improvements but the app is still garbage. Unable to reorder my last order. Have to enter everything manually and still to this day cannot pick a pickup time. I'm forced to pick from arbitrary times chosen by The app

Now all you need to do is add a rewards program. With a scannable code in the app, or numbered code to give the order taker, you know, like McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Taco John's, etc. , etc. It would reward loyal customers like us , that spend a boatload of money at your restaurants !
