I don't order here often, but when I do I usually use the app or the website. As others have stated, a pop-up from the bottom for ordering details is bugged and won't let you add to the cart. However, the website seems to have the same issue, so I think this is a larger problem than a bugs on the app. Happy to change my review when this is fixed as I found the app convenient and easy to navigate. Each time I've used it in the past it was a flawless experience from ordering to curbside pickup.

This app used to be great, until recently a bug was introduced that makes it completely unusable. When adding menu items to my cart, a pop-up comes up to select pickup details, but it's bugged and doesn't fully show on the screen. As a result, the app doesn't allow me to add items to the cart. I have to order over the phone now as a result of this bug.

In the last month or so, the app has started glitching, and now it's to the point where I can't actually add anything to my cart. It has become completely useless. When I add something, a pop up tries to come from the bottom of the screen with pickup details, but nothing shows up. Before this started happening, when I made changes during the checkout process, the option to actually checkout disappeared, even though nothing was wrong. Please fix the app!! We order almost weekly.

It's always glitches when login and slow. It takes a long time to actually do the order. I'm trying to login and it's asking to reset password right after I already login witg email and password. That's wired! The app need help in actually being esay to navigate and login. Also at check out even if you have the credit card on file it still doesn't allow you to use it. It says error. I always have to uninstall it and put back the app or just delete the credit card and start over.

3 days in a row app would not accept any credit card payment. No issue when using apps from other restaurants or stores and the same card. Not so good when it is probably one of the busiest weeks of the year...

App won't open. Says my device is jailbroken. It definitely is not and this is the only app that has ever given me this message in all 5 years of owning it. OnePlus 6T, straight from T-Mobile, never modified.

App doesn't work on pixel 8a. Everytime I click add to cart, a pop up gets stuck and never fully opens. I go to cart and it's empty .

Olive Garden app sucks! It always redirects you elsewhere to order food and recreate a password. In addition, this app does not give the customer any points!
