despite having downloaded the app and updated it twice, it still will not work. it shows my registration information the company I work for but it will not function, it keeps getting stuck in a loop of accepting the invitation to work and then telling me I've already accepted it so I cannot log into the jobs I'm supposed to do. and it will not let me complete this survey

Improve your app! The app does not recognize when we check into and complete jobs, will delete pictures of the job and it's gotten us in trouble many times! You're costing contractors money with the app's lousy programming. Get some competent tech people to patch the issues. We get paid through this app and cannot afford for the app to mess up like this. Families are on the line.

When I used this app for the first time it was a little confusing at first because it wanted me to add full scope, materials, equipment etc. It says this will not be able to be edited once done. I was able to edit my invoice after completion. It was pretty easy to walk through. The way it is setup is really easy to navigate! It would be nice to be able to add extra photos on invoice though.

This app is horrendous 😭 it has very limited end user interface and it fails at the simple task it was made for. They spam the heck out of your phone. They constantly request to have your GPS location at All times which is a overstep, you only need my GPS location while I'm using the app. We've had times we call for support and don't even get an answer...when we do get tech support they don't know how to operate the app how do these people get paid for this trash???

Horrible app the jobsite u r sitting at should be the first one that pops up when u open the app n not have to search for it also if u tap on a different job site by accident there is noway to cancel that order plus I shouldn't have to give this app ALWAYS PERMISSIONS to location n pictures n God knows what else is being looked at while this app is installed on my phone!!!

Spent weeks trying to log in just for it to keep telling me I wasn't in the system. Their service team was of no help, and my emails went unanswered.

Very glitchy. Constantly closing when trying to take pics. Lags horribly when taking pics and not very user friendly.
