Has potential. The app works offline which is nice, however the camera integration is not acceptable. Pictures are out of focus on all devices, and the picture is upside down on my device which could be related to nougat, since older phones work better. Regardless, the app should use the internal camera app like ArcGIS Collector app which allows users to take clear pictures.

doesn't have basic functionality like text editing, autocorrect, or text suggestions. every update breaks more things that it fixes. can't scroll through text you've typed out. can't easily move cursor around text. arrows and other graphics sometime randomly disappear until you restart the app. can't imagine someone using this app unless they were forced to.

Since the latest update, the app crashes whenever you leave the app, whether switching to a new app or when the screen goes dark. Data is lost during the crash and because my data is time sensitive, it cannot be re-entered. I am a graduate student collecting data for my thesis. I CANNOT have an unreliable data collection app.

keeps quitting my survey when i minimise to use other apps (on Samsung) and having to re open the app and click continue survey for a 20 second loading screen 30-40times a day gets abit frustrating

Suggestion: please consider adding a feature to remember login information. Everytime we switch Wi-Fi networks the app forgets our username and password and we have to type it out manually multiple times a day. Thank you.

Have been using this app for work on and off for 2 years. Quite honestly, the people giving 1 star reviews must have learning difficulties - yes, the app is not perfect, but anyone with half a brain should be able to make it work for them. If you are precise and careful with data entry (as anyone should be when collecting data), the app does a good job. I gave it 4 stars because the back end website where you view/download uploaded data is a little complicated to navigate, but not impossible.

App crashing every time I switch between apps on my phone

Intrusive and difficult. Because the initial login screen gave no clue on how to set up an ArcGIS account I tried to login with my Google account but it wanted to access my personal data. Why? The organisation I survey for have my personal details, the app does not need them. I decided to allow access but it kept reporting access denied and suggested I used the option to set up an ArcGIS account. I could not find any such option.
