The app has issues. It wanted me to update my address but only gives an option of Zip Codes even though I chose Canada as my country. Trying to book lanes for swimming on the app is also not an option - tried it and it doesn't work. The Y itself is okay, but they make it difficult to find time to go with constant hour changes and rescheduling, and sometimes they kick you out 15 minutes before closing which means if you booked the last half hour you only get 15 mins.

I can't choose anything but united states for my country even though it's an app for a Kelowna ymca. I can't sign up for classes without finishing my profile. When I choose united States which is my only option it won't accept it and allow me to book. It's a ridiculous app that needs major work.

The Y is awesome but this app is okay. You can book into classes with this app but there is no schedule for the building or the pool. DEVELOPER; please add time block schedule for the pool, gym and building.

Can't book anything with the app! All it says in the "book" section is: "There's nothing to book yet. But once it's ready, it'll appear here." Please fix!!!
