Would love to rate higher, but I have just used this for the first time with the workout programme and after my first workout, the app gets stuck on the workout complete screen and once I close the app the progress wasn't saved. UPDATE: The timer is also completely out of sync with real time.

The app doesn't even recognise my credentials even though it recognises them on their website. I just wanted to freeze my membership but now have to wait for customer service to come back to me, that's if they do. This was working fine on their website, so why try fixing something that ain't broke?

Got forced into downloading this app to pause my membership. Deleting straight after. This is a nonsense way to get people to download your app. I'd give it 0 if I could. It's easy to make the same functionality on a website. We don't need another app that does nothing.

Recently upgrade to android 12. Doesn't write to google calendar. Reinstalled app, given calendar permission when prompted, still doesn't sync (checked later on too still not synced, and checked permissions and they were granted). Tried to submit this comment via feedback form in app and it is also getting errors!!

It's an abandoned app, just garbage. Once you key user and password, the wheel spins forever. Cannot login nor reset the password. The company is not on the kubofit app anymore and has forgotten that they released this app. So, it's impossible to know the class timetable and manage your account. That's the frustrating FF platinum standards 🙄

Can't freeze my memebership in the app even I have enough date. Try to reach the customer service, it is always busy and nobody picks the call.

Shittest application I have ever used. When I tried to reset my password, I got an email saying I am locked due to many times attempts, then there is a link to unlock my account. When I tried to unlock my account, it sends me another emails says I am not locked. Then I toke half am hour this kind of attempts still could not log in.

There is no additional advantage to installing this amateurish app compared to using it's equally useless website. Can't really manage your account via the app or the website, coz nothing really works as it should. This app just eats up space on your mobile phone.
