Worst thing when I gave them authority to sell the car , I regret that I didn't post my ad by myself. The pictures are very bad, the market price they put it above fair, not even fair and there is older car then mine by 1 year, and 20k km more then mine and selling same price and they evaluated as fair market price , and my car is in a top condition has no 1 scratch, I talked to them twice then I asked to delete the ad, they ignored me .

I recently had a frustrating experience with CarSwitch, which has completely eroded my trust in their services. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle that was advertised as having "No Accidents". However, after scheduling an appointment and inspecting the car in person, it became clear that the listing was misleading-the vehicle had multiple accident histories and had been repainted. They also charge a huge admin fee from the buyer, I was asked to pay 599 for a car worth only 27000!

Ads on the app are not updated live. When requesting for a test drive your do not receive an acknowledgement by email and you have to call several times their service (no queue system to keep you on hold by the way) to finally talk to an operator who is not even able to give you the live status of the ad you are calling for... Just an email later on with to let you know the car isn't available anymore... Terrific... Edit. They have fixed the bug awesome... It just took them 18 months

When I wanted to sell the car, I filled the form on the app and made a small payment. CarSwitch guy was here to check my car the next day. He took 20 mns to inspect and 2 hours after that , my ad was live.. I like the overall process .

Very bad experience, I paid for inspection and choose safe switch option to sell my car. Inspector came and refused to inspect the car and claimed that car is not in GCC spec, simply because there was no arebic letters in side mirror though it is GCC car based on chesis number and top end car; Mercedes GL Brabus. They didn't even refund the money I paid.

Shocking Experience. Deposit paid. After chasing for 3 days to buy the car, I find out that the car model was incorrectly listed as premium, instead of the base model. The car was inspected and price listed as 'good'. Apparently, the inspection wasn't done correctly. When I complained about this, I was told that their T&Cs clearly state that their inspection reports are not assured, which basically negates everything they state in the ad listing.

A very very bad and miserable site. They tell you that they will sell you the car and take a commission of 2000 dirhams. After advertising on their site, they make people send you an offer that is 10 thousand less than the price of the car, to encourage you to lower the price of the car. There is a person on their side called Abu Abdullah who writes on most of the ads to reduce the value of cars. They do not do anything to speed up the sale of the car. They only ask you for extra money to subscr
