App takes way to long to open, load and way too long to send a command. For example my home automation off my network will instantly open the garage and turn on lights from the command. Time to open app: 33 seconds. Time to command from button press: 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Needs to be improved greatly. Lexus app is way shorter.

Can't get into app, keeps saying need to update but never finishes. Worked fine two days ago. App works fine on laptop Update 11/20/24 same problem as before app won't update and it's been over a month, uninstalled and reinstalled, signed out and signed back in, powered off and restarted, but still won't update, really frustrating

The new logo is nice; otherwise, it's lame app. It doesn't perform functions found with many other modern vehicles, such as auto location, remote starting, vehicle status, keyless entry, or locking. It's pretty much a pointless app that guides you to the sales of GM products/parts, OnStar or schedule an appointment.

Don't work as it should. I've used the app since 2017 and never had so many problems as I do now. The app does not show an up to date vehicle status. It shows that the last time it was updated was June 12, 2017. I've spoken to many techs to help with the problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times. I've gone through several hours on the phone multiple times to troubleshoot. I've emailed my current vehicle status as requested, and still no word back. I don't plan to renew.

Let's cut to the chase. I have read many user reviews as far back as July. The app has been & still is broken in certain features. In many cases, the app says unable to update. Please don't send me the overused, & probably a bot reply. ...We greatly appreciate your feedback, bla bla bla.... By now, the support team should have fixed it. They eventually give up & stop replying anyway. The Remote feature is not free, it cost extra to have. If you find this review helpful, click on it.

For weeks the app hasn't been able to connect to the servers. When it did it would continuously fail to start my vehicle. After reading similar reviews I decided to delete and reinstall the app. Now it just freezes and eventually crashes. I cant even get to the sign in screen. Why am I paying for something thats doesn't work. (No I'm not about to send so email to GM for them to fix an app. This is why we write reviews in the first place. These dev responses should goto the company. Not the user)

Buick massively dropped the ball on MFA. They make it terribly difficult to use, and there's no option to opt out of it. It defaulted to an email address that I don't have tied to my phone, and the phone number that they already have isn't a default option. I *did* get it to work, but their screens are terrible and you can't see any of the numbers that you are typing in. This visibility issue exists both for trying to register a phone number AND every single time you need to insert an MFA code.

I absolutely agree with the other reviews. The interface and design is beautiful, but this press and hold mess is horrible. It takes at least three times as long to start my car now, and trying to get myself and a 5 year old ready in the morning while fooling with this app is not convenient at all. Please go back to the old version, or something that is more user-friendly. Thanks!
