Pinch and zoom makes it refresh, can only scroll down and not up, you have to hit go back arrow to start over vs scrolling up. App has been updated, uninstalled and reinstalled. The layout doesn't show you what's around you, you have to know what your looking for instead of being able to browse. So frustrating.

I will give this app 4 stars because it does have some pretty helpful features. The maps are great! HOWEVER......your directions to get to the rideshare area, not so great. All it shows is an arrow and "yellow lot" but no further directions. Would be great if you could use the map feature similiar to google maps in that if you ask for directions to any point on the map it gives you helpful directions.

Worse than useless. Bought tickets on the rodeo website, but to retrieve them, I have to use this application. I registered my phone with this app, but I am not able to login, getting error "mobile number is invalid" . It is valid, as I am able to change password by receiving a verification code. Ridiculous invention and implementation.

The main reason I downloaded this app was to be able to navigate the rodeo grounds. They said it had a GPS feature, but I could not find my current location on the included map. When I clicked on a food booth I wanted to find, it did not link to the map. So for my purposes it wasn't any better than the paper guides from the info booth.

Very good app. However the only thing I had challenges with was when event started, it would be take off the line up of activities even though it was still ongoing. So if I was a little late, I would be able to see the location where the event is going to be. Had to resort to the booklet.

This app is ok, basically the exact same info as the rodeo website and the paper visitor guides but those are cooler souvenirs and don't drain battery. The section to buy tickets and pull up your tickets has stopped working for me, so I had to download the axs app separately. And the rodeo rally section deletes the buckles you already earned after a few days and makes you start over, which is really frustrating for visitors like me who came 1 day then another day a week+ later. Not practical

The app wouldnt let me transfer the paper tickets to the app! It doesnt recognize the codes. Apparently this is the way you get a refund. Ive been trying to get help for 2ks via email & what i got was i have to come into their office. We are shelter in place so how exactly am i to do that. I gave them the last 4 digits of my card number conf emails everything and they wont do it manually. So i cant get a refund while folks are out of work. Rodeo doesnt help those in need-fake org

World Traveler

Very user friendly to use! I was able to transfer tickets to my daughter too. She downloaded the app and I transfered some of the tickets to her. She went off with her cousins and I did not have to be following her around with my app for ticket scanning.
