It took a while to set up the scale, but once set up, everything works fine. Set up the main user first. If you have only the one phone, then just add additional users to the main account. Otherwise, each user should download the app and gain access to the scale by scanning a bar code from the main user that can be displayed by navigating to the device in the app and selecting "share device". I'm giving the app 5 stars because of the data and the graphs, not the ease of setting it up.

overall love the app. it provides a very detailed analysis of what it is measuring. not sure why the new update removed the button to Share report. that feature made it nice and convenient and saved a copy in its own folder. now you just take a screenshot and move the file yourself, and rename it you want consistency there. the app can sometimes be a little touchy and not finish the weigh-in, but that is rare and it would still be a 5 star app if they hadn't dropped the share report button

Google blocks syncing of data, HealthConnect only syncs every once and a while, can't add a profile picture to my account (I've tried 4 different pictures 11 different times) I don't get an error, it just doesn't "save" when I "confirm" the change. I like the scale, but the app is extremely limited and frustrating! I miss my Renpho app features and integration.

I really like the RunStar scale and its operating user interface Starfit app. I'm not sure about the accuracy if I were comparing to other devices like this or to a DEXA Scan. I'm 100% sure that comparing my results only using this machine with previous results from the same scale, with the same dress attire, and following the instructions of proper use. I can accurately compare current readings to previous ones. Helping make informed decisions on my body composition despite any inherent issues

My main complaint stems from my wife and I both using this - I keep getting my wife's details recorded as if they were mine. because we are similar (but only within a few pounds) weights this builds a poor picture of weight loss, and I routinely have to delete my wife's records manually. I would suggest updating the app to only record results when the app is open and visible on the screen - something I thought was already the case, but evidently either isn't or is not working correctly.

I love the app and scale...the information available is so much fun. but it isn't willing to talk to to Health Connect even though I did everything for the settings...I just keep getting a cannot connect to server message. that is extremely important to my management as it's the only way for my Samsung watch....using Samsung Health....to keep all my information. I have tried multiple days....I hope there will be an update to fix this.

Use it everyday and like seeing my numbers and figuring out what I did right or wrong the day before for them to change either way. this definitely helps anyone's journey in a healthy lifestyle and breaking down the body's stats like this is truly a game changer. plus being able to do this at home is a time and money saver.

This app has some great features. However, the print function is suddenly not available on Android (and Apple). I asked another person and they have the same issue. I messaged support in this app and I am waiting on a response.
