So far it's been a great experience working along side the podium team to get everything set up! Answered any questions I had and were always on top of things to make sure I was all set up! Highly recommend!!

Works for a day or two then stops. Tech support says it's because someone has changed settings but I'm the only one that would do that and I haven't touched the settings! It has happened twice and keeps me from working at home.

When you open 1 message and then exits the message, it will refresh the whole thing and the app will let you back on the top of the messages. It suck especially if you're reading 1 messages after another and you need to scroll down every time you exit 1 conversation.

This app is useless when it comes to using it on Android phones. That's why we are cancelling our service with them. Most of my employees use android phones. It's useless. I won't change to iOS just because of podium. The service is very expensive and it doesn't really make a difference. Their round robin feature never works on my phone. I have lost a lot of customers because of podium not showing notifications. My phone is a Samsung S24 Ultra which is an amazing phone . Podium is not for Androi

Very buggy. The do not disturb shortcut from the homescreen doesn't work. Issues with calling customers. The person the app calls changes after I hit the call button

Podium rings over your current phone call. It can't be silenced unless you decline the call. UPDATE: Issue was only resolved after clearing Cache and App Data. Uninstalling the app and then reinstalling the app.

It is the most expensive mistake I've ever made In business. I think if a business owner is making a lot of money & can pay the bills it might be worth it because it does help get reviews with relative ease & it helps with the website traffic with the chat Those are the pluses. But there are kinks that have caused me problems & as far as I am concerned it's way too expensive for what it offers. I would feel like $50/month maybe but they also charge for billing clients on top of the $267/ month.

EDIT: despite the response, I still cannot copy and paste from former conversations. I cannot view conversations assigned to me despite a notification of conversation assigned to me. The leaderboards only goes back to 12 months whereas prior they had all time. New version of the app (as from 17/11/22) is terrible. Can't copy and paste messages like I used to be able to or easily see leaderboards or easily navigate between open or closed conversations
