The worst customer service team, they're very rude and unprofessional and do not understand that they work in a healthcare fintech and that the client might have an emergency. The pharmacy service is now the worst you can wait for more than 2 hours and after you call Vezeeta they start to check why the order is not there!!!!!!!!!!!!

The home visit confirms after only searching, just picks a doctor randomly and doesn't ask for user confirmation, I was searching to know the budget to be surprised by the doctor calling to ask for exact location (he was very nice and understanding that I booked by mistake) this needs work from the app side, just a simple confirm button will solve this.

I used to depend on this app for everything, but recently the app basically doesn't even work or do its job, the filters are not working basically. I look for drs that use Egycare to book and once i booked, they say that they dont use it every single time, i even went all the way to a dr and he said ur card aint in the app and i cannot add it cuz of an error that its incorrect when nothing is wrong with it, so frustrating.

Very bad experience with the appointment booking. No arrangements between vezeeta team and clinic team. I booked an appointment for 3pm and it took almost one hour to see the dr as the clinic is serving first come first serve!!! Theb what is the point of using the app

Not updated and when we order any thing took a long time almost there are many of staffs not educated with the system and support didn't help or gey any solutions every time very bad experience especially ( صيدلية السلامة فرع المعادي)

Update: Reply first to the complaints issued from the app before asking me to send email to your support. -- I had an issue with Vezeeta Pharmacy; the order took more than 2 hours to be delivered and finally they delivered the items with different price. Tried to reach the support by sending 2 complaints and didn't get any response. Very bad experience. Don't recommend at all to use it.

3 times in a row I end up in a completely different area or cancelling reservations because they either cant verify doctors location on app or the available appointments are incorrect. Such poor execution for a good app idea. I hope a competitor comes along and deletes you from the market.

The worst ever, I will never recommend it to anyone and I'll uninstall it because the began with a good start then they changed the service horribly after adding a delivery recharge with no matching with the order or the area and the discount confused between 20% then 15% then 10% . I am too forestrated and i will not install it 100 times to count the steps for me, it's a very very bad experiment , I advice all who installed this application to uninstall it
