While development team keep rolling out new updates the app functionality and response timeline has detoriated drastically. Incorrect notifications , calls still show available while they have been already accepted or declined. Notifications for calls which are out of your coverage areas. The worst of all is incorrect scope of work assigned to wrong categories which is a waste of everyones time. Highly suggest to hire back office personal who under stand the industry .

The job offerings are terrible, and the new terms of service are ridiculous. Not worth the time or money to setup.

Looks like it is a great setup, but there is no option for seamstress. This is a trade and service that people need and I would love to be able to sign up as a seamstress.

It is a awful app that want protect pros and will do enithing to keep castumer happy like after a castumer agreed to pay you on the app with the text will give the castumer the money back with out let it you know and not pay you for other jobs please dont sing up with this company bicause they dont care how many job you do for them in the first disagreement they will through under the bus and backstab you. Overall its a good concept and works for both parties. However, jiffy should consider raising their hourly wage pay rate. Its simply not worth it after jiffys 15% take (which is very reasonable in my eyes) and then paying taxes on your income, paying for insurance, etc. As a carpenter by trade and using this for some side money after all said and done its lower then my hourly rate. Keeping the minimum rate at $100 or whatever it is and bumping up the pay by $10/hr would help.

I have completed over 100 Jiffy jobs Everyone gave me a 5 star rating except for one customer. That ONE person gave me 1 star now effected the delay on incoming jobs. I'm now being notified by jiffy almost FIVE MINUTES after a job posting. so, now I'm getting crapy jobs and i don't know how long i can stay with them. one crazy customer with a bad attitude giving you a one star and your Jiffy times are over. DEFINATELY not something to depend on. I tried to communicate with Steve with no results.
