Great start but to certify to participate isn't a bad addition, just have to know that when you want to join this program. Otherwise, the reason for the rating is when I open the app it tells me to update and there is nothing to update and all I get is that screen over and over,. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but no luck. So guess not an app for me to use. 😓

I'm hoping this helps me reach someone! The past couple days the app or website won't let me log in and I've had trouble getting ahold of anyone in the support team. I've updated the app, Uninstalled and reinstalled, updated my phone, restarted my phone. I have some jobs in progress I will lose out on the time period and money in my account. As for the app itself, I've really enjoyed working with the brands and up until recently had no huge issues

I've had the app less than a week and have already made over $20 with zero experience. The app has worked great and I haven't had any issues. It's easy to navigate and I love the real-time notifications so I can respond to brands faster.

I started out using this app in April with no experience of the app and within a day of signing up I go my 1st jobs. My only issue with the app is at times it keeps declining my content even the aspect ratio, lightening etc is all in alignment with regulations. I had to delete the app just now and reinstalling it in a dier attempt to get my job uploaded as time is running out and I've reached out to support and they cannot assist so what's the sense of having a support team then?

Joinbrands has been incredible! Easy user interface and the work is there! Only problem is I cannot access my portfolio from the mobile, it doesn't work. I can only access on desktop so that's a bummer.

Great in theory. The app CONSTANTLY goes offline especially when you're trying to upload content. And if you try to add more and it goes offline it deletes the ones you already struggled to add. I've been trying for 2 days...
