I'm having same problems as others. App finds my printer MA2000W on SNMP discovery BUT can't print or scan. I keep getting printer status pop ups("sleeping" or " Ready"). Print and scan works fine on DESKTOP but won't work in smartphone using the APP. Such as hassle.

It's great when it works, unfortunately it has issues. The print app keeps stopping, even after deleting and reinstalling. Galaxy S10 with Android 10. Another problem I have is that no matter which document I want to open, it opens in the print app which keeps stopping. Kyocera should not force documents to be opened in their app. If I open a pdf it must open in Acrobat.

after installing new update....scanning is not working...its shows connection failed message......

Does not find printer ECOSYS P2100cx and crashes. It closes app unexpectedly on 'Find printer'. Protocol was switched to WS-discovery, which is necessary for this printer. I experience this bug on two devices: Fairphone 4 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S6. (NFC is disabled). So no use of this app. (Android printer and Samsung printer apps work fine with this printer.)

Good app to control the printer/scanner from the mobile, but the UI/UX could need much better, many functions are not clear, user experience is not smooth, UI need much improvement. For example I already have a configured device, yet each time the app is started is also to enable NFC, annoying. Also scanning UI does explain how to save settings.

It's working on 3212i but it's annoying.. like you can't scroll smoothly.. it's stucks between not goes up or down. And save previous print setting for long time including page range and no. Of copies. So you have to check everytime while printing and it makes helpful app as annoying app..

The app is not printing word documents. Why? That's it's limitation. The rest on behalf of me it's very good I liked it and using however what I recommend in it's features if the is a choice of 'print current page' because the documents we are printing may not have a page numbers. The other is when we are suddenly need to interapt or stop printing if a very clear button is made to it..

UI is worst and features are bad. Settings sidebar won't scroll. It tends to close everytime you scroll. If you print 3 copies of a file it'll by default print every subsequent files in 3 copies
