Over multiple versions still can't get new devices joining right. Existing (already added) known device roaming from halo to halo gets notified as a new device joining the network .... Sigh. This is kinda fundamentally what its supposed to do. Have to turn off notifications . Also, app permissions are reset every new version for no reason

There is a lot of improvement in the application compared to previous versions. However, the lack of a "dark mode" option in the app and in the router web interface increases the energy consumption of the devices and negatively affects the user's eyes. Apps from other router brands offer more options, are colorful and more interactive. Improving these aspects will create a much more positive impression.

I had low expectations for an app designed for a budget hardware range. I have been pleased to experience a simple and easy to use app that did everything necessary to set the kit up. Since I was replacing similar kit I decided that it was easier to reuse the existing ethernet cable. When I turned it on I got a message to say that the ethernet cable was not up to spec - very impressive.

I have 3 beams, and I can't force one beam to connect to a specific beam. I have to turn them on/off in a sequence to force connecting to the one I want. The issue is that it is connecting to the furthest beam and it causes degraded network performance. Actually close to selling them to get something else, because I work from and connect to this beam that keeps changing to the furthest and impacting my network speeds and experience

Simple easy setup, minor blip when it wouldn't connect initially. Turned phone off and back on and all was fine. Seamless set up of other two halo units and the house now has good coverage. Like the WiFi optimisation and the app generally gives great oversight and control of what's happening. Haven't tried coverage outside yet, but inside is spot on. All the better as was a Black Friday deal on Amazon.

Not showing client devices internet speed anymore (changed my phone from Google Pixel 6 to Google Pixel 8a)... edit: Even worse, doesnt show some devices at all and the speed limit feature does work... I have tried to reupload the latest firmware via file but atill nothing.... please release new firmware with fixes! (Hardware Version 1.0 Mercusys MR70X Router Wi‑Fi 6 being used as an Access Point)

Good App works well, it seems very stable, just a few features missing from my point of view: * I should be able to setup a unit without sharing my location (other brands allow you to scan the unit's label to start the setup process for example) * dark theme - it doesn't seem to have one :(

I cant find how much data i ise asides that, I had my laptop, ipad, smart tv my mobile and my ps4!! They were connected for last few days and used very little data. And the speed and quality is amazing. Thos is cheaper than others but its so mich more worth it. And its no contract so cancell at any time. I dont even need a signal booster but if i did i wluld buy it from your company. And thank you for putting customer satisfaction over prophet.i will defo reconmend Jai
