Minimalist app. Some people might like that. These people charge you pro-rata from the date of signup, even if you haven't received their SIM card. Twice now they have claimed to post SIM cards, with neither ever being delivered. When you cancel your contract, remember to cancel the direct debit also. I do not trust these people.

Found app to be one of the worst I've ever used. Login was impossible - they send a passcode which I entered correctly 3 times, it said it was wrong and locked me out. If you're thinking of joining Talkmobile, I'd think again. After 2 weeks I plan on leaving

It was okay but now it wants to log me in and send me an SMS with security code. Unfortunately as the SIM is in my router I'm unable to receive it. And thus cannot log in. Maybe they should give the option of sending the code via email.

CauseOfBSOD

Provides no additional features over just using the website (in fact this appears to be a webview), cannot click any buttons, and biometric login is something I can do with the Firefox password manager. Only thing it provides that cant be replicated is automatically copying the sms 2fa codes, but it copies an old one before the right one is received. If you are thinking of downloading this app (bear in mind this review may become outdated), save your modem the trouble and use the website.

Great! Biometrics and Normal login working on S21+. Shows data usage and bills neatly within the app. Currently paying £7.95/m for 60GB Data and Unlimited Calls and Texts. Very few mobile providers are this well rounded.

Every time I have to change my password as it says wrong password, no internet connection even with loads of data.

Terrible app. Logging in is finicky and not secure. I changed my password... to the exact same password I just had (suddenly, I could continue after locking myself out with the exact same password). Biometrics never even show up as an option to log in. This is just an interface that displays the mobile version of their website. For the love of God, pay someone to develop a real mobile app that actually works reliably and has a good mobile UI.

I've given it 5 stars because you pay for what you get - cheap phone contract = cheap app. For all that, the phone deal is first class and the app lets me check my usage and keep an eye on things; yes, it's clunky but it does the job just fine. Also, I've got biometrics set up on my phone (S22) and it logs in perfectly every time. No complaints at all from me.
