The app doesn't show places around, it shows "oops try again" so fast that I don't have enough fingers to close that notification. It shows places nearby only when the map is on the whole city, not my district which doesn't make any sense. When I want to look for places in my city is shows warsaw. And the worst thing is that even though I spent Monday at home, it shows that my card was used.... And my identity is been veryfing for 2 months already eh... That's a pity cause idea was very nice.

Experience is bad. Always after installing a new version I have problems with logins. Now I cannot access any facility because I cannot login. The support doesn't help. The support cannot suggest any solution to the problem.

I am unable to use the app after update What is the issue. Why i am unable to login I called many times to the support I wrote a mail why there is no response.. I am unable to use the app Always getting cookies not found error All my settings are perfect still i am unable to login In laptop its working Mobile app is not working

It says 'sth went wrong' while trying to use the search option to see available facilities. How many years have you been working on this app? More than 4? And you still couldn't f manage to get sth working just decently. Just simple functionalities...

The update has corrupted the photos. Also after update it is not possible to upload the photo since the Apply button is hidden behind the Quick settings. The only workaround is to use the Split screen

After updating to the latest version, the application stopped working, it just throws an error when logging in, reinstalling and clearing the cache does not help, I have to use a physical card for a week. Samsung S24 device.

Was working fine until now, out of nowhere it resets my verified status and forces to upload new photo which doesn't even work because accept button is not working. How can you mess such a simple app.

These new updates are horrible, it keeps me unlogging and then I have problems when coming to the gym.
