At least 50% of the time, it won't run properly. Either stuck at some tnb screen, or no usage details. And usage details are available 2 or 3 days later, if they can be shown at all. Not sure how such a system that is meant for replacing paper bills can be so badly done. This is worse than paper. Do the architect and developers know what they are doing?

I'm having serious issues with the MyTNB app since the recent update. Despite entering the correct email and password, I’m unable to log in. The app either freezes or keeps redirecting me to the login page, making it impossible to access my account or make payments. I've tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone, but the issue persists. Please fix this as soon as possible. It’s frustrating to not have access to such an essential service. Thank you.

Once open this app, it's take long to loading. Once already at 2bd page, can't go back to home page by pressing back arrow. Got to close this app n re open it to navigate another page yet can't press back arrow. Already tried on Android or apple platform, yet still giving very bad respond. Already update, clear recent apps, restart n many more but yet very very very poor responding. Very poor responding app. Hopeless !!!!

I've been having the same log-in issue like the others recently after the latest auto update. With the correct login info, the app kept crashing and closing by itself. I tried to reset the password, but it prompted with an empty pop-up message with only 1 visible option 'ok' to proceed further, but no email was received for reset. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and also didn't help on my phone. It only worked after I turned off my VPN from the phone.

Updates @ 25/10/2024: After updating the app, turned out it couldn't go pass that opening blueish screen. Crashed and that's it. Restarted the app, but still to no avail. ... Goodness! I am not sure the app kept freezes or just go bonkers. Cannot click on the functions, and kept prompting "this is not working. Please try again later." What the??!?!

Choose to pay two bills at once but only one got cleared. Bank balance has deducted. Now have to make amendment. Very troublesome. Back button on device do not working. Last time not like this. What happened? Thanks for the tips. But please note that not all users are tech savvy. Looking forward to more user friendly improvements.

Here how your app work…App takes forever to load and is fond of presenting a black screen so one never knows if the phone has fallen asleep .I can't access to my account suddenly. Horrible application. Used to able to view daily and monthly usage but now recently the whole app crash. On my laptop is same. The page either freezes or keeps redirecting me to the login page, Please fix this as soon as possible.

Annoying app with many bugs. Forcess you to click through all the same "tutorials" every time it's updated. Payment process has bugs - when I enter my credit card number (Amex), even though the nymber I entered is correct, displays "credit card number is incorrect" error. Generally, poor quality app.
