"Cloud Folder" is useless. I logged in from my phone and created a script. I saved that to the Cloud Folder. When I signed in from my tablet and went to the cloud folder, the script was there, but it won't download and open. It says "download completed", but it won't open. You can't even move it from the "cloud folder" to a different folder. I tried 2 different tablets. Neither worked. Very disappointing.

As much as I think the teleprompter attachment is great, this app is garbage. I copied and pasted a script from a Google Doc into it, and every apostrophe and quotation mark showed up as a question mark in a diamond, indicating a symbol that's missing in the app's font library. For two of the most used punctuation marks, that's unacceptable. You can't even scroll back and forth without going through massive blocks of text. Neewer products are great, but this app is embarrassingly bad.

Easy to use interface, however, the cloud is needs a lot of work. Can only connect to the cloud ip address site half of the time (page cannotbe found error), and when I do it fails to upload the document. I would say if the cloud integration becomes more user friendly and works 100 percent of the time, this would be a great app.

Absolutely baffling and bizarre interface. Cannot just open files on your device. You have to literally go to another device, upload it to some weird interface, then receive it. You cannot use any files on your device or otherwise not on the cloud unless you are on WiFi. LTE or having them saved to your device is not good enough. Really, really, bizarre choices were made. Update: App still not ready for primetime after update. Really needs major major usability improvements from scratch.

If you write your script on the app Make sure to hit " save " frequently. The app doesn't have auto save. If it freezes, which it does a lot, you will lose all of your work. Also ,if you move files to a new folder, they may disappear and who knows where they are. I lost over 3 months of work.

I really like your app, but there is one issue: it lacks a text centering feature. When I resize the text, it always aligns to the left or right. There is a feature that centers the text on the screen. Please add it, as it is very necessary.

Neewer products are cool, but this is absolute garbage, Neewer - you need to stop with these stupid apps. Have to upload files from an external source (and can't format the text in any fashion) EXCEPT IT DOESNT WORK AND CRASHES THE APP, no portrait mode, it took me like 10 tries to even create an account (why it's different than my other Neewer accounts I can't answer) because it wouldn't accept my password and landscape mode is a pain to use to sign up. Awful experience lol

Works well, just not on Chromebook. Work updated us to chromebooks and even though they run apps from the Play store, the Neewer Teleprompter app is not compatible with Chromebook. Please correct it or I will have to switch. I love Neewer products. Please fix this. I would Gove 5 stars but won't work on a chromebook.
