For two years the app has been great, we have both baby camera and smart plugs installed. In the last two weeks, we are constantly getting issues where it states the device is offline and we can't access the feed without rebooting the camera, which we can't do when our kid is asleep. I was in the beta but left to see if that helped, it didn't.

Keeps getting worse with every update. Not only do the cameras keep disconnecting or get stuck loading, but now there seems to be no way to review video footage. I'm only presented with a motion screenshot and the option to view live footage. Please release an update that actually makes this better and stop removing features. Only reason I'm still here is I can't afford to buy new cameras. Also keep getting push notifications for nooie sales, can't turn off without losing motion alerts too.

We've been using nooie for ages now and we love it, unfortunately the new update sucks!! Camera just keeps restarting randomly and I can't even turn off the start-up sound like before so it just randomly does it's thing really loudly at night which wakes my baby up. I've sent an email regarding this but with no response...its such a big issue for me because it disrupts sleep...please fix this!!

Please add the ability to organize my smart plugs/ devices in the order that I choose. I have been waiting for this option for a long time. Also, please remove the ad for AI trial on the cameras screen, it is bad placement and something I am not interested in. Will update my rating when these changes occurs. Edit: do not update the app if you don't want to be disappointed. The functionally of multiple things is now not functioning and one of my cameras stopped working.

The latest update added unnecessary steps to view past footage. BUT!! I'm not even allowed to view that. I kept being directed to view 'Live Mode'. Yes, I cleared the cache, exited the app, & even uninstalled then reinstalled it with the same results. Over the years these updates do nothing but create issues. Years ago this app was the best! Now it's unreliable. My WIFI works well with every other monitoring system in my home. Why not this one? I got rid of the camera. Thanks, but no thanks.

The camera is great for the inside. I wish they offered and had in stock the outside cameras. Customer service does reply, not always the answers you hope for, but they respond. I do recommend this Nooie camera. It follows movements but if the camera is facing a different direction than where the movement is, it won't pick up what is moving. Simple to use.

Absolutely useless. I have 2 360 cams used as baby monitors. Following the app update last week both do not work. Vanished from the app and I cannot reconnect. Tried all the help articles and nothing works! Worked perfectly fine before. Tried the beta app and still nothing. Sort it out!
