This app is terrible. Try to set up fingerprint option to log in, doesn't work and gives me an error. Sending a code each log in is redundant and should be removed. Tried to finish my onboarding for work, gives me an error submitting for my w4 (taxes) and constantly tells me to update my personal information even though everything is updated. This app is buggy and could use MANY improvements. Please fix it enough so I can AT LEAST do my necessary things .

I ABSOLUTELY HATE the login process!!!!! Every time I want to login I have to receive a stupid code to verify who I am. Even if I go to the website again, I have to do the samething. What's the point of using the fingerprint option if I still have to verify with a stupid code? Also, I choose to have the code sent by text and suddenly, after a few times, that stopped working so I had to change it to receiving a phone call instead and that's just annoying. I'll just use the other ADP app instead.

Mediocre at best. I would love to see this application become more accessible. Opening, going to more, and loading the time clock feature takes forever. I am almost always a minute or more late since my employer switched over to this app.

Useless app. Can't view actual pay statements. Sends basic info in an automated chat box, then sends a link to a PDF version that doesn't work. Can't actually reply to say it doesn't work, so it's useless to have it as a chat style. The old ADP app was so much better but Lifion thought they could do better with this useless thing.

This app is terrible. I input the right verification code only for it to say its invalid. The app would be better if you gave alternative methods for verifying. And a one time verify. Doing it evertime would be annoying. I can't even get on and I need this app for work. You guys need to fix this. Its terrible. I'd give you a zero rating if I could.

Absolute trash. There's literally no reason why timestamps shouldn't be the first thing you see. On what planet am I going to be updating my marital status more frequently than clocking in and out? App moves slower than dirt when signing in. Wish my company went back to Paycom, at least they knew what a moderately deceny UI was

Most annoying App in existence? Possibly! As so many before me say, it is stupid & pointlessly time consuming to require a code every time I login to the app using biometrics unless you think someone cut off my finger and are keeping it in a jar to login with. It is also possible to tell I am logging in from the same phone I use every day. So you know the person connecting has my finger & my phone and you still need to send that same phone a code to see if it is me?

This app is terrible. My company switched over to ADP and I can't make changes to my time cards or make a schedule even though i registered before the dealine. It also has incorrect vacation hours. I have to call my district manager everytime I need my time card updated. I honestly hope my company switches back to the old payroll system. Every manager I have spoken to has had nothing but problems using this worthless app.
