Works but terribly designed. When you park, you have to go through unnecessary slow screens like selecting "new session", waiting for list of spots to load, and multiply confirming payment. This should be a 1 screen app: if no session is running, app should go straight to parking space entry. This should be simple fast typed entry without user waiting for server to pull up list of numbers (which is currently slow and extremely unreliable.) Choosing space should immediately charge default card.

Poor User Experience The app has MFA, but doesn't let you paste the 6 digit codes. There's is no third party wallet integration, which would be ok if I could at least choose from my Google Wallet credit cards to add to my account. Nope, that's not available, you have to take our you physical card and type in every detail. Hitting the back button at any time restarted the entire transaction. It was unclear that I was loading a wallet. Not friendly to visitors just parking 1 or 2 times.

Updated app stinks bad. All the positive reviews are from when the app was simple and streamlined. Used to work perfectly. Enter your space, enter the time, pay, done. Now, they've made it much more complex with features that just don't work. Why the imprecise slider? This is just an awful user design. Congrats A2. You got taken by a firm selling you "improvements" that aren't. Bite the cost and revert back and hopefully whoever made the change learns that the enemy of good is perfect.

WARNING. App seems to work fine, I paid and did NOT get a ticket. The app is convenient to use. However i have major gripes about the excessive permissions required to use it, this can be a sign of scam software or poor cooding technique. Because of this, I refuse to keep it installed on my phone and instead, when needed, install it and then delete it after my A2 parking needs are done :-/

The app doesn't work on my android. I press "New Session" and I just get a blank screen. It would be fine if they had website support as well, but seeing as you can only park with the app, this is absolutely infuriating. My girlfriend tried on her iPhone and, although it's not the same issue, it's unusable. I don't know how people are getting it to work, but we've both Uninstaller and reinstalled and nothing works.

Rating 0 stars. App doesn't work. App says Location not Found when trying to start a new session. New visit to Ann Arbor, spent a half hour trying to load the app and populate all the profile and settings, only to have the location not work. Obvious issue with the app. Restarted phone. Hard reset. Updated location settings. Manually set location in app. Did all the 'tricks' in the message threads. It's simple, the App doesn't work. Fix it.

No longer works. Same "location not available" error others are reporting. Meanwhile, UMich's parking app used in other locations within this town continues to work great. A2 needs to get with the program and fix their app or use the same app as UMICH. They also need to refill receipts at their parking machines because I can't use the app and now can't get a receipt from their machines either.

why waste time paying physically at a meter when you can save yourself time and pay on your phone also, I've gotten tickets for meters I paid for. this app guarantees I have a receipt so I can disprove the ticket. let's me pay for longer than 8 hours at some of the limited timed meters. so many benefits.
