The look of the app isn't overly complicated nor complex to figure out how it works, though as other reviewers have stated, the app simply does not send notifications.. not sure why it occurs, as I have notifications on both app and in settings. Though, aside from that, the app is easy to use and not complex, I enjoy how you can see how much hours you'll be doing each week, and you can see who picks or declines your shift drops!

When I had to reinstall the app it will no longer give notifications, all notifications settings are on but it still won't give notifications, you have to go into the app all the time to check for notifications and hope you don't miss out on shifts put up for grabs. Please fix the notification issue asap.

It's okay but I wish there was a way to view my timecard to view the hours that I've done previous day or week, I want to make sure the hours that I've done are not messed with. The app is a little too simplified and missing some needed information.

The app is great to have but recently I got an new phone due to my old one died and now the Lifelenz app isn't sending any notifications. I have the notification settings on but I arent getting anything about upcoming shifts, pickup/swap shifts and rostered shifts, I have to physically go into the app to see what I have and I do this every 30mins so I arent missing out on shifts I could be getting. Please get it fixed.

Push notifications aren't working on Android phones. We have an S10, S21 and S22 and the push notifications stopped around September.

No matter how many times I turn off shift reminder alarms, they are right back on the next day. I can't even silence them without silincing my whole phone.

Can these apps please stop collecting my personal data when it has nothing to do with me getting to see when I go to work next. Just STOP weather you slap my name to the data or use a unique I'd # STOP IT. you don't need to know anything about my phone or who I am you just show me the date my employer has scheduled me to work PERIOD. Im not going to use this service or app. It makes knowing my schedule dificult but after reading there terms. I'm not for it. I'll call in to see when I work next.
