Overall a decent app, but it repeatedly dropped photos attached to messages. The errors were not informative and it doesn't allow posting images without text (last message was 'attached', but there's no attachment) Why? filename incompatibility, size of the file. I feel like QA should have caught this.

Dr.Fazal has been my incredible sleep specialist for over 2 years using this app for my telehealth appts. The app works great, especially using wifi without any interruptions. He has checked my progress every few months for changes or questions. The sleep study locations are clean and comfortable with all amenities you have at home. I recommend him to anyone who may experience sleep difficulties or tiredness throughout the day. I also want to thank the wonderful staff for their accommodations.

This app is useless as it still redirects you to a browser anyways. By the time I was done with my session, I had three tabs open in the browser. From what? This is the whole purpose of a dedicated app; to alleviate the need to go through a browser. The layout and ease of use is meh... There is room for improvement. I used to develop web applications and this needs revisions and polishing. The developer delivered the bare essentials and that's it, "Here's you bill."

This application is ok, for some reason it keeps indicating I have 2 new messages but when I open them they are from 2019, they never go away even after opening. This app does not accept .PDF no matter the size when I try to attach. I use Athena Health app for another one of my doctor's and the messages update and it allows me to send attachments w/no issues. Not sure the difference between the Privia and the Advantia apps, but the latter is better. The both work well with their video capabi

Mostly very helpful. Not always super intuitive. My messages sometimes get marked read and sometimes don't, which makes it a little confusing to know what I've not yet read, so I'm more likely to miss something. A bulk action to mark billing statements as read would be helpful.

great app. keeps my medical records from various doctors within this network in one place and East for me to access. took away one start because there are no notifications available to let you know when you're doctor has sent you or responded to a message; or when an appointment has been added or coming up; or when reports are uploaded. would be helpful to have this function.

Great for communicating with my doctor, but clunky and buggy. The multi-step sign in is cumbersome. Also, my message box is clogged with messages that have been marked "unread" for years despite me opening them and deleting them repeatedly.

I have multiple doctors on Privia and Athena health. They don't always show up in the same portal link. First, they didn't. I thought maybe I had duplicate profiles but I don't? And, I use the same email login for both! Then they all did show up all together in the Privia app. But ... Now it is back to separate portal links for different providers. I have to open my email and use an emailed link to access my internal med doctor. Everyone else shows in the app. Why did it work for a little bit??
