This app has never in the 3 years I used it worked great, but at least the live map was always accessible. Now after an update in the last couple of days it is almost impossible to get to the live map to see where the vehicles are. If you do get lucky for the map to load, then the journey details pop right up quick and you can even play the trips back(never worked before), but what is the point if you can't use the MAIN future of the app - locating you vehicles?

Really not very good. Keeps crushing, doesn't show accurate milleage when using "Estimated journey time", d4iver score is by far too high and shoud be more severe, not that easy to use as you have to go through a lot of menu buttons to get to live map or other essential features. Lately didn't work on Mondays. I think it used to be better.

This was a great app. Since recent updates it has become utterly frustrating to use. When reviewing journeys the line is too thick and zooming in and out has become one of the most difficult things to do! It now frequently fails to load the live map and often shows no vehicles when we have 4 fitted with trackers. Please sort this out!!!

Absolutely brilliant . I cannot understand the negative reviews. I work in Portugal and this gadget and app save me so much time and stress coordinating my fleet and daily work. It has changed the way I run my service business for the better. I don't have to call my drivers, I can see where they are. Saves me and them time. Thank you Kinesis team.

App needs a quick toggle visible on map screen to change from satellite to map view and vice versa. I know you can change it within the options menu but a quick toggle visible all the time would be better. The option to view satellite image of previous trips needs to be added to app. I find it odd that it hasn't been a feature since day one. App crashes most times on launch. Trip history doesn't always show any history when clicking on a vehicle on map.

Absolute garbage. Every time the app is used it reports that the session has timed out. By spamming the screen in the correct area it is sometimes possible to get to the live map. Totally unable to get anywhere near the trip history at all.

Rubbish. Updated and now I'm locked out of the live map even though on the desktop site I can still see and I have the correct permissions. Won't open, crashes and gets stuck with a swirling circle on notifications tab. We have two fuels cards with the same company and you can only link one at a time, who has time to change every vehicle every week when the prices change? We've had nothing but trouble from the trackers themselves to the software, when the contract is up will be cancelling

Crash! Since the update the app won't work, tries to start up then just crashes, over and over again. Journey history now much more complicated than before and not as good. Don't know why you'd make such a negative change.
