This app is a great way for employees in the cellular world to learn more about all the great Samsung mobile products. It provides rewards for engaging with the app on a regular basis. Additionally, there are insightful ways to present these products to potential customers. So far so good. It is super irritating that you ask every single day, multiple times a day if I like the app. I haven't had it long enough to make any kind of intelligent answer. So 4 stars for you. Now, leave me be.

App logged me out a couple days ago. Now I try logging back in and it just loads loads and loads but never does log me in

Lots of times the app just dies and stops working. Or it doesn't have any prizes worth getting so points just sit and rot. But as of right now I cannot even access the app. It won't let me sign in. It won't even get to the log in screen Just stuck on a "processing" screen. But I'm not surprised. Been using it for years and the app works when it wants Edit: emailed support and got nothing back. Again not surprised. They've only seemingly answered one person here and told them to email support.

Based on my experience with this app, i think some major fixes are in order. Videos not loading properly causing you login streak to end. A Notification menu with a bunch of challenges that never register as complete, even if you complete them. Missing letters and numbers in UI menus, training names, and even the total reward points earned menu and in the training menus the first or second number in the points earned section not appearing. However the info in the app is really good, and useful.

I enjoy samsung products and the information they provide on this app. As an employee at a cell carrier retail store, this is a useful source of information for me. However, the app itself sucks. Many letters are missing at the ends of words, which makes it very difficult to take quizzes and gain points for my participation. I noticed other people are having the same issue. I have been experiencing this bug for close to a year, and it kills my motivation to use this app.

Learn and Earn. I always enjoyed being able to learn more and it doesn't hurt to have an incentive to get you there. Though the app for some time has had some glitch it seem on being able to see everything. Reading some things is hard because it doesnt fully show the end of things. Example being first part of answer but not end and that can make it hard to answer corretly or another ex is points. If i win 75 i only see the 7 show up. My bakance is same too. Prizes could have better options.

The new interface looks great and clean but at the same time it's awful in terms of reliability. The team who did the code for this app made it too slow, glitchy, and frustrating. There are just too many problems with this app and some of it has to do with the new version they made. My streak and other important information gets reset or deleted and I'm not able recover it. I'm also using Samsung's latest device to use this app. Hope they find a way to update it soon to get it running smoothly.
