This is exactly what I was looking for with scheduling. Ability to block out your task by time estimates and then have them put on your calendar based on established priorities and set scheduling hours. For example scheduling work tasks during set work hours. And working around events on your calendar with integration to your calendars. It's so great and the devs are responsive to issues and feedback on future enhancements which is awesome!

It doesn't work the way I expect, which is unfortunate because I can't find something comparable. Mainly, it reschedules stuff out of view and it doesn't give me sensible controls. Like I just wanna be able to delete calendar events without them coming back and resyncing over and over, which I tried to file a bug for and ran into an error in doing so. And then on top of that if I change how long something took me, I don't want it to be auto scheduled out of my calendar entirely unfindable

This app has changed my life for the better. Between the discount for non-profits, color-coding of tasks, and automatic scheduling I am utterly stoked. My work and personal calendars are together, I can see my week at a glance, and the folks who run the app are friendly and open to suggestions. AND IT'S SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN THEIR COMPETITORS I'd give more stars if I could, truly.

Tried for 2 weeks before pro. Good for scheduling for an individual. Love the app because it makes auto scheduling obvious and the focus unlike other apps. As a student, I often have flexible time that needs to be done (studying) but I don't want to slot it in myself. Uniquely, the app is run by a small team so you can have a 1-on-1 with the creators and they are very active in trying to add features you want.

So far, the free version of this app has been very impressive. I'm really enjoying it. 2 things that would make it better: #1) as others have said, priority levels for tasks. #2) a way to indicate that you didn't do what you were supposed to do during a timebox and therefore need to push tasks that are in the past into the future without removing "smart scheduling." ETA: I was wrong about #2! I just realized that I just needed to click recalculate to push the tasks forward.

Loving this app so far. I've tried a few like this and Flowsavvy is BY FAR the easiest to set up and get started using. The buffer/travel time option and task dependency features really differentiate it for me. A few tweaks that would make it even better (to me): 1. If repeating tasks can also have task dependencies 2. A way to visualize buffers in the schedule. (When I see blank space I assume the time is open) 3. The option to keep completed tasks in the calendar.

It's like MAGIC! Having tried both Motion and Reclaim, FlowSavvy is like a breath of fresh air. Watching it reschedule my calendar almost instantaneously with animations feels so satisfying. The interface is uncluttered. It's intuitive to use with just the right features and no bloat. I'm seriously impressed. Thank you!

I don't usually review things but this app is a life saver for my adhd. All the benefits of time blocking without the anxiety of rearranging when I inevitably don't get around to things. The free vs paid is a model other apps should take note of. Primary functions are free but plus is exactly that. Extras that can be beneficial for those that need them.
