The app is generally good, but Sport mode is a little confusing. The app help only refers to the newer 2.3 models and gives no guidance for the older 2.2. And why is the elevation field always blank even when using GPS? I love that the app is continuously being improved and I'm very happy with the quality and functionality of the watch.

I'm writing this as my watch is currently showing the wrong time. I use military time (24hr) on my phone and I'm not sure if that's why the issue is happening? Anyway, it's about 9:10pm, and I look at my watch and it shows 3:10. I go to sync it and the hour hand moves... only to the 7. Now there appears to be no possible way to adjust the watch manually outside of system rebooting and losing all the health data. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Help?

FW_UPGRADE_IN_MAIN pops, "New version is now available! tap tap tap - nothing, can't clear this notification when the app is active in the foreground. The app has potential but doesn't make it extremely clear that on the personal settings page that there's more if you scroll down. Additionally, in order to actually function you absolutely need to grant all permissions and precise location information or it will just not function or seemingly fake a failure to start/find your watch until granted.

Overall good, all important information displayed on the main page. The integration with Google health isn't very good, specifically the sleep tracking. Oxygo shows both deep and light sleep correctly and Google health only shows the light sleep. Also doesn't show any data from previous nights unless I sync the watch every morning then open Google health. I need to use Google health as I have multiple devices that i use to track my workouts.

Very very poor. I have the Elektron HR, and it worked fine for 24 hours only. Now it: a) Weirdly identifies as Sequest SC 2.2 when connected (it identified as Elektron HR 2.2 originally) b) Connects after many attempts but does not sync. c) When it rarely does seem to sync, it only syncs steps. No sleep and no Heart rate. Nice looking watch. Truly awful app / tech implementation. Also, the "report a problem" button in the app, doesn't let you report a problem. It just uploads app data.

The app is nice but full of bugs. For example changing the body composition (height, weight, etc.) is not possible, joining the community of other app users is not possible, and the GPS does not track when the function is activated. The customer service unfortunately does not respond to emails/messages.

A good system, but with a number of flaws. As others have pointed out, the synch doesn't always work well. The notification when you start the app is annoying and unnecessary. Starting workouts can take 2-3 attempts. There's only one kind of workout - this is terrible. It needs to have more. Walking, hiking, cycling, weights, yoga, swimming, kayaking, rowing, spinning, etc etc etc etc. Location tracking during a working will end if you use any other app which accesses the GPS. This should pause at most, and then restart - ideally it would just keep going. This renders the app almost useless. Anyone ever check their map app while out walking? The step count is barely better than guess work. I added over 2000 steps while driving yesterday... But in fairness, this is a common problem and fixing it isn't simple. The app seems to be a bit of a battery hog, but need more testing to be sure. Using the app in English on a Galaxy S20

Not a bad app, but let down by silly errors; for example, trying to sync to Google Fit tells me "Permission was denied, but is needed for core functionality" and then never asks for that permission. It's also very good at hanging when updating the watch firmware (the latest one can't be installed - it sits at 81% until the watch turns off) but that is at least better than the previous app. In all, I can see the potential, but it's just not there yet...
