Seems like a good enough app, but if you have a US bank account, don't expect to receive a refund if you request your leftover funds back. I tried requesting one and gave the support staff all my info but said they were unable to wire the money to my bank (even though they were able to easily take my initial payment). They then asked me for a PayPal account to send the money to but never did, and then they stopped responding to me. Never using this app again.

A totally useless service which will just complicate anything and take away a huge part of the time you could normally use to enjoy the event... I was forced to use this app on the superaurora festival, what the developer didn't take into account is that during big events the superposition of multiple smartphone device naturally leads to connectivity problems. Even to purchase a simple water bottle to refresh the full iter to recharge a bracelet stole up to 45 mins...

Truffatori legalizzati. Lo slogan cashless è una copertura per far pagare prezzi aggiuntivi ai consumatori durante i festival. I prezzi e i tagli di ricarica non coincidono e così avanzano soldi nel wallet che non vengono restituiti se al di sotto di 5 euro e in ogni caso con una commissione di 3 euro. I consumatori dovrebbero boicottare tutti gli eventi che si associano con questa App di truffatori legalizzati
