Really terrible quality app. it keeps crashing just opening the menu or trying to check out. This app should not have been released with those crashes in there, come on Starbucks, hire a company that can implement better apps. UPDATE: I cannot use the app because it shows that I need to update and I go to the store and it says my phone is not supported. They don't take into account older OS versions on their upgrade plan, really bad experience!

App stopped working suddenly a month ago. Displays message "Error, something went wrong" ;every time I attempt to log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times, and the problem continues. All my other apps work perfectly fine. Months later and Still no resolution. App crashes all the time, uable to log in, full of bugs. No attempt from Starbucks to fix the problems. So sad 👎🏻

Loved the update the app got, much better than the last one and easier to use. It's pretty stable and fast to select the card to pay on store, haven't tried out recharging money through the app yet. The only thing that I miss is the feature of the app recognizing the music that's playing when you enter the store and telling you the name and artist, would be great to hace that.

Can't add founds via DC or CC When I try to add founds with a visa or Mastercard the app just displays a message saying "something went wrong". Tried to restart the app or even tried different cards, still got the same error. Also who design your UX? Is just horrible. Neither the front or the back end works properly.

It's always crashing when I want to use the QR code. The rewards page is black doesn't matter how long I wait to see the information.

The app freezes constantly and requieres frequent reboot to load. Just today I had to uninstall and install it again just so I could get a real amount on the credits on my card. That being said, I think it's improving and the issues are being solved, albeit slowly.

The thing is useless. I tried to sign up but after I tapped on the final Accept button the app went on an infinite loop of crash and restart (without closing the app) so I closed it manually, tried again and told me the email was already registered, checked my email, nothing, so I tried to log in and it goes on to the crashing-closing but not closing rant loop again, finally a message appears telling me I am trying to acces my account so they've sent an email to confirm?, checked email, nothing.

It's a great app, but I think that you can add more functions like a menu to order and purchase your drink or food in the app before going to the shop and just pick it whenever you want or put a timer o something, that's would be great and faster, doing this, me and other people buy more products because they will have the time just to pick it without waiting in the drive thru or checking what they want. Love Starbucks, make me gold now haha thanks.
