This is the worst app I have ever used in my career. You would think ICIMS would have far more support and update this app regularly. I guess the millions my company pays for ICIMS is not enough. Crashes every time I try and use it on my Samsung S24. I really need this for work and it fails me every time.

Great for contacting quickly, as everyone uses text and email more often than calling. Would be great if it worked better. Sometimes my messages send more than once or not at all. I also don't receive images on my phone, but I do when using a web browser on a computer. Sometimes the candidates don't show up while searching for them, but I know for a fact they have already been added.

This is the most frustrating app I've ever had to use. Besides continuous problems with the app the support has been just as bad. Once again the app was working fine but suddenly quit & logged me out. I've not been able to get back in even after uninstalling, reinstalling & rebooting my phone several times. Since I'm not in the office or near a computer I have no means of staying in contact with my candidates. I wish the company could find something more reliable.

App was working Great for up until the recent update. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it still keeps crashing every time I try to open it up. We had a good thing going there for awhile, but now it's just ghosting me. What the hell man?

Horrible, horrible app. Makes you change your password constantly, and doesn't work when you use current passwords. Randomly quits and won't restart. Has been nothing but difficult and complicated to use.

The app really needs an update! It closes and gives me an error almost every time I send a text. I also would love to be able to send messages through campaigns from my phone. I can see who's in a campaign, but I can't send a message to that group on my mobile.

Terrible app. You have to refresh the app to see the notifications. otherwise you will never see the text from the candidates. Doesn't work for Android either.

what did you guys do to this app? It used to work and now I dont receive notifications and I dont even see any messages anymore. Seems like after every update it stops working the way its supposed to
