First thing, 20% deduction is higher amount. Fares need to be increased as it's quite low comparatively other apps. Also there is to be go home option. Please improve team, it's 10 years completed. You people just see your benefit by 20% but there is no customer support as well. Once you accept order, can't cancel whether you face any problem and even though you cancel by personal emergency or vehicle breakdown, you'll go offline for 1 to 2 hours.

The app is good for earning but it's algorithm and terms and conditions are very very annoying. If you don't want long distance or unlike order then we can't cancle it or miss it. If we do that porter will added delay timing or offline for 1 hours this is very very wrong... And one thing please add home button or please make your software more better. Or you can give particular atea to rider un which zone he will get order

Worst Experience. Even it customer cancels the order, the driver account gets suspended. I would share my experience,I received order and I was on my way, then the customer calls and say that the address is place wrong i.e. In pickup address the customer has added drop address. For this reason the customer had canceled the order. I have call recording of customer, but the porter team is not clearly saying. They have only one reason that your order cancelation is high. They don't care of driver

worst app, no proper customer care support for driver 9 to 10 kilometres pickup distance for every order. Pickup distance fair is not calculated. If there is a fault of the customer, then also the driver is being blamed for every mistake that happened during the running order. Don't buy vehicles by trusting this app. A new ID has a good earning, but after a month he troubles a lot.

I registered my truck and the app doesn't say how many days it will take to verify. Once it's verified the app has no information there and it just shows my truck details in my vehicles and option of pay fees which I can't click. Zero information. when I call from registered number it says app will solve all queries, when I call from unregistered number it gets through but they can't help me because I haven't called from the registered number. Finally I get the office address and security helps

Worst experience no option for go offline and the offline function doesn't work and the app goes automatically kill and we get penalty for that and after sometime many times of complaint and the problem doesn't even fixed and the notification arrive stating we have so much surge and come online and there's not even surge instead of surge the fare amount given is lesser than the actual order amount than the surge amount that state

Best delivery apps for not earning if you're rich! and have enough money for petrol I will recommend porter, you will not earn you will expenses, no order to many rules like prime non prime if u miss an order you will get 20 second delayed on getting order when you canceled you will be offline for 2 hours blah blah. UNCLE DELIVERY strongly recommend no rules especially you can except and choose whatever you want, worst delivery partner apps. apps also suck always ERROR technical issues.
