Tidy locked me out of my account saying I had two no shows when I only had two customers scheduled the first one I wasn't even late for and their system automatically locked me out. I couldn't even get the customers directions couldn't notify I was on my way. Their system has some kind of glitch somewhere causing the customer inconvenience and the pro losing pay for that day. I couldn't even get any immediate contact thru the tidy app.

For new comers this app is not fair. As we are learning the app we come across unexpected unexplained charges. I was scheduled far & when I cancelled it charges me $10 but the system rescheduled me because I didn't change my schedule availability. It pays super low & not worth having the app. We are trying to make money but are being charged fees left & right. The "concierge" which is customer service help does not help at all. They keep emailing with neverending cirlcles of nothing.

Hire a normal development team finally, the app works horribly, crashes, even customers complain all the time.

This app is only for if u already HAVE clients, so u can keep track of them, THEN & only then, can u can add more! I was wondering y it said it couldnt do a background check, so I emailed them. No background check till u get some clients ON YOUR OWN then they will pay 4 your background check, and no one can see your add NOR can u search for clients until then! What a waste!

Everyone saying that Tidy charges very little for cleanings is wrong. They charge up to 180 for 2.5 hours and is only paying us out whatever rate is given be it 40 or 80 or whatever. Worst experience for me was getting a cleaning canceled because I didn't have service and couldn't check in so I had to pay a fee and I got desertified and had to pay the fees for some of the appointments they canceled on my name.

I no longer use tidy and it refuses to stop sending me texts telling me I have appointments. I've tried closing my account. With no luck. Tried pausing my availability, nope. It just keeps allowing people to book me and then charging me for now showing up etc... ugh.
