Something is WRONG with this app! I cannot sign in. Then it gets stuck, circling around and around. When I WAS signed in previously, it constantly went to the general page, not saving my content from before, like it used to do about a year ago. This app is useless, a waste of space in my phone. I cannot book appointments with the business I want. It needs to be fixed.

Trying to add classes, says they're already in my cart and then when I go to my cart, it makes me sign in again (after I'd already initially signed in) and then tells me my cart is empty. Tried restarting, deleting the cache, and reinstalling the app, and it's still doing the same damn thing. Navigation is clunky, and it's just not set up well.

I have tried using this app to schedule appointments. It has issues loading pages. I had an appointment set and confirmed but show up to the salon and they have nothing in there system about the appointment. The stylist nor the salon got anything on a booking. We were at the salon 10 minutes early and showed the confirmation for the appointment but they wouldn't see us because they booked someone else.

I can't even open the app for more than 5 seconds without it crashing. The website is glitchy enough that I thought the app would be better. Apparently not🤣🙄

The app works adequately, though feels clumky to me, and I never quite know if it really added me to the class. I wish it would remember the only business i use it for so i didn't have to search every time. I love the text notifications. The add to calendar feature works sometimes.

Honestly, exactly like the web version... Same layout almost same set of features. Works fine but I'm not sure I see the benefits of having the app (other than quick reference or access) over using the web based site

I think it's absolutely a great app it's easy to navigate and it makes it easy for the customer to book a appointment instead of calling the barber shop and disturbing the barber while he has a customer in his chair
