Visible is an absolute joke!! I've had visible since 2018 when they first came out. At first, the phone service was beyond terrible and constantly dropped calls. Fast forward a year or two and it actually got better. I was able to make and receive calls and have a conversation without a problem. Then I got 5g and the service got even worse. Fast forward to 2024 and the service is worse than ever. If it wasn't for wifi calling, Id never receive calls!!! What a joke!!! Worst company ever!!!

PAINFUL. Just a warning, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN! Human help at both Affirm and Visible are both pleasantly useless to edit any last minute change. If you change anything after getting a number, you'll have to go back and get a NEW, DIFFERENT NUMBER. If you're lucky all smooth. Any error? It becomes a nightmare.

I could not port over a number. I was stuck getting a constant error. Chatted with support, she even called me, but could not figure it out. Not sure what the issue is, I was able to port 2 other numbers, no problem. The phone is paid and unlocked, not number locked either. I will try again later.

I just switched over to visible as it's more affordable for me at this time, and the experience with setting everything up hasn't been so smooth. I had to create a whole new account because the one I originally made was terminated, and I've never even used visible before now. I just made an account when I was close to getting it. I finally got everything resolved, and the app is pretty bad, at least for me, and idk why. It keeps signing me out, and I can't even log in! I've tried 3 times

I've had visible for about a year now and I was satisfied until recently. I've noticed a lot of lag time lately which affects my ability to work. I doordash full time so having lag issues while I'm working is a big deal. I'll have a full signal but then the app tell me that there's no internet connection and it does it during the busiest time of day. Also this month they never sent any emails reminding me that my bill was due. They cut off my service with no warning. I don't recommend Visible 👎

The service is pretty good. I'm on the $30 plan. But it is very irritating when trying to buy a new phone and the app constantly says "uh oh buying a new phone is only allowed once in a 30 day window" even though months go by, so then u have to contact support to bypass the issue. Fix that part of the app and would be an easier experience. I'm confused why that exists in the first place anyway.

So far it's been okay but I have half the issues with losing connection I have $25 plan I've had visible for 2 years and I was a previous customer when they had unthrottled and unlimited ever I wish they would go back to the unthrottled and uncapped data because the $45 plan is not worth $45 The speeds aren't that great I mean it's not bad for what you get but the $25 plan is somewhat decent but I have been thinking of switching to boost

Customer service cancelled my order and now won't undo their error. Not only that but then won't overnight a replacement when it was again an issue on their end. Be careful when speaking to agents it seems they don't read the messages and just do whatever and visible won't when care to fix the errors they caused. Reaching out to me and to tell me what to contact support you think I didn't do that? If you won't overnight my order then why bother pretend you care to fix the issue.
