It was a little confusing at the start when I went to refuel my hire truck but once I opened the app, the process of getting set up was quick and pretty easy. I filled up at an IOR in Pinkenba, which I thought was only for trucks but I saw a ute and a couple with a caravan fuelling while I was there. It's also convenient being right around the corner form the airport - would recommend. I do wish there was the option to use Google pay, as I had to dig through my bag to find my debit card.

App kept declining my card for no reason. Contacted my bank and confirmed I had enough funds, the app was cancelling the transaction instantly every time for no reason. The support phone number doesn't even ring. Absolutely livid.

THIS IS A RIP OFF APP!!! Charged twice for our fuel.... Not happy!!! PreAuthorized $150.00 at the pump, pump stopped at $141.83, our fuel tank wasn't full, when we checked bank transactions, we have been charged both amounts!!! No one answers phone.... Won't be using again!!!

Terrible this app doesn't work. Takes my email and phone number. Then says will send a code. It never arrives, tried at different locations even at ior depot no access. Don't use this app especially in outback Australia including ior refinery at Eromanga.

Great convenient idea, but the app is a dog to set up your account details. Thankfully, it is happy to take casual transactions without security code authorisation!

Downloaded the app and when I typed in my number to sign up it wouldn't accept it! Lucky there was a card payment terminal as everything else was closed
